As an average 25-year-old woman, I wanted to look better, feel stronger, and have energy to get me through the day. But, like most of America I lived on the roller coaster of dieting…I’d binge and then get back on track only for short while until I strayed again. FINALLY I realized that will-power alone wasn’t doing the trick so I started to research. I learned about the science of the body, when to eat, what to eat, why to lift, etc.. and was hooked! I found that we can literally break this down into a science and then adjust it to fit our lifestyle. Yes, lifestyle. No more diets or boot camps where you succeed only to fall back into old routines afterwards.
